While their website states “To better serve our community, we offer walk-in services for our patients on weekends… to ensure accessible care when it’s needed most.”
They neglect to mention that you can only access the clinic if the doctor you were assigned works the after hours clinic. The rest of us plebs are still left to scramble and find alternate care.

I felt judged and wasn’t offered any help in regards to the problems and concerns I brought forward. The doctor seems to want appointments to claim for money without actually putting the work into suggesting a referral to a specialist or helping with issues I’m bringing to their attention especially in regards to my child and my concerns. Instead relying on others to make referrals that are not in their per view and should be referred to from a family doctor. Seemed like the only solution available to them to help my child was to breast feed. An apparent cure all that created a hostile and degrading feeling in regards to my ability to care for my child. Had to switch to formula for lack of help and tools that I know now (much to late) could have been offered. Refuse to educate themselves on current research and regarding alternative care for my child to avoid writing a note for insurance purposes. Terrible experience all in all. Wish I knew now what I didn’t know then!

I've been trying to get an appointment with Dr Kahn. I can't book online because I'm a new patient and I've called multiple times and can't get through to the office. But yet they tell you not to go to a walk in clinic. I don't know what to do. I need to see a doctor.

Dr. Pollard and his sorry excuse of a front desk girl ( Amanda I think her name is ) Should NOT be allowed to deal with any humans AT ALL. His bedside manner is actually disgusting...He should NOT be allowed near children or to treat them for anything at all. STAY CLEAR OF THIS MAN AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Now that being said his wife is an absolute gem with loads of care and compassion amazing bedside manner. If you are part of this family team....our family strongly urges you to see Dr. Minuk and ONLY her!!! DO NOT SEE DR. POLLARD, HE IS SHOULD NOT BE IN THE MEDICAL FIELD.

Dr.Dodds is a wicked doctor. I am so blessed to be able to have him as my GP. He always listens and encourages conversation about your symptoms and available choices of medical solutions/assists, and maybe the Sunday football game. He's always willing to go the extra mile and Kate is an easy receptionist to talk to. It takes a little time to get through but that's understandable considering that one doctor alone, I think handles over 1000 PATIENTS!! I definitely would recommend this place if health connect didn't select your health team for you. 5/5 from me.
