Yahya helped me to buy my first home in Canada and helped me create savings of more than half a million dollar over the course of my 5 years mortgage. He managed to get me pay much less than the 35% that is required for foreign income (although I bank with HSBC internationally they could not compete on the downpayment and that would mean a lower purchase price) which has enabled me to buy the home my family really wanted. Our experience was nothing short of superb, Yahya took the time to explain every detail pertaining to our renewal, he supported us negotiate the best rate, he guided us and put out interest above his.
