No financial institution of any type has had service this poor.
It is sad to say that this experience taught me a lot how about looking for a good advisor, someone that has knowledge that can help you Unfortunately they don't work at this place.
It was funny even my new advisor tried to get ahold of someone from there, they had no knowledge on how to transfer the funds no knowledge of what number to call and no knowledge having anything to do with moving funds at all.
What should have taken 4 days has taken 2 months.
With no satisfaction whatsoever.
Needless to say but I will not be promoting any Assante products or people.

My account was moved to the management of Dolores and Maria in November 2019. To this day (March 25, 2020) I have not heard from them regarding my account. 0/10.

Pulling my funds from them ASAP and going back to my original advisor who checks in on a regular basis and actually WORKS for me.
