I've known Dr. Baldwin for a few years and when I got randomly sick with no explanation, after struggling with family doctors, emergency doctors and long wait times I found Dr. Victoria Baldwin has been the only one able to help eliviate my symptoms and together we have developed a fantastic approach to healing my body naturally and I couldn't be more grateful! She is kind, caring, I am extremely comfortable with her and she goes above and beyond any medical professionals I have seen to date.

Prairie Zen is a one-stop shop for all things wellness-related. They offer massage therapy, a naturopathic doctor, reflexology, teeth whitening, lashes, counselling and more. They also sell holistic natural products in the reception area like handmade soaps, sprays, candles, facial products, lip balms and more.

The interior is decorated beautifully with a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

I visit Prairie Zen for regular massages with Vanessa who is an amazing massage therapist. She works out all of the knots in my back and neck and has a great technique. The massage experience is always very calming with peaceful music playing in the room. I love Vanessa’s use of a mint essential oil during my massage as well.

I have also visited Dr. Baldwin, the naturopathic doctor, a number of times and have had a great experience. She has offered helpful advice and recommendations for the issues I was experiencing and she used acupuncture with me as well, which was a very relaxing and effective experience.
