Apr 3. The lady with the black hair provided bare minimum service.

We approached the kiosk, she was talking on her cellphone, sounded like she was asking some questions to the other person on the line about non-work related stuff. She didn’t get off her cellphone for entirety of 5 minutes as we passed her our insurance info/ids.

She is not polite. Needs training.

At the end, she barked “You’re done!” through the plastic barrier between us.
Thought she was still working on it as she was inputting info from copy she made of insurance paper into the computer.

Only went here as it’s convenient, won’t come back.

Was there to renew my insurance. The lady representative there has very minimum service and not friendly at all. Everything is self service in there, you tap your credit card and grab your receipt there. Was asking her if she can provide at least envelope for my insurance paper and she said they don’t provide those there anymore.Don’t recommend this shop and will find other insurance company to renew next time if i saw that lady rep there. There is lot of different insurance companies in the mall they can renew your insurance and provide you better service.

Asian lady working the stall is very rude and lazy she flat out lied to me about what icbc said on the phone and turned me away. I called icbc shortly after and was told another thing completely she just didn’t want to help me don’t bother wasting your time being here

Saw some Walmart carts locked and side by side in the way of the entire hall so I decided I would move them so it was easier for people to get around. I interlock them and the guy in there was like, "WHAT ARE YOU DOING I CANT GET OUT YOU LOCKED ME IN" I responded, "oh let me just move them out of the way." Because I didn't realize. He rudely spoke to me as if I had done it on purpose and so he ruined my day 🙂 I had to try not to cry in the T&T and when I got out of T&T, the carts looked as if they had been pushed violently to the other side of the hall and weren't interlocked anymore. Great job man. And when I walked by he was sitting at the front on his phone. Great job man.

You will be surprised, as I am, but my husband and I came to the insurance company today to sort out our insurance policy, and while talking to the agent, we didn’t quite understand each other. At some point, he started laughing, not just smiling as usual, but laughing. I said there was nothing funny, and he began to get angry, saying, ‘There’s nothing wrong with me laughing, it’s all in a positive tone.’ But I came to him with a serious question and reiterated that it wasn’t funny, trying to point out the situation regarding the insurance so that the conversation would be serious, not just ‘ha-ha.’ That’s when he started freaking out and swearing at me, telling me to leave only using swear words. I asked who the manager was, and he said he was the boss here and repeated for me to get lost. I’ve never encountered such an incompetent person. If there was an opportunity, I would change the insurance company because I won’t tolerate such treatment. I don’t recommend this place. The employee is absolutely uncouth. I will try to write everywhere and give this publicity as much as possible! I was morally offended and humiliated!

I had to do a transfer of car ownership and renew my car insurance at the same time. The clerk was super helpful and patient. He offered help fill out the form and even tried to see if I can save some money by returning the plate, for which he had to wait and help me with the plate removal. I could renew insurance online, but the value of good customer service cannot be beaten. Highly recommended.

Great service. The female agent there Diana guided me through the various auto insurance coverage options and promptly answered all the questions I had. She was patient with me even after I had to call my partner to verify a piece of information. I'll be happy to come back here again when it's time to renew as well as get any other insurance I may need in the future.
