I recently attempted to contact EasyInsure to review my current insurance policy, obtain a quote for additional coverage, and update some of my personal information. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing.

Over the course of a week, I tried calling their customer service multiple times. Each time, I was left waiting for an hour or more without ever getting through to a representative. Despite my patience, I never received a response.

Frustrated with the lack of phone support, I decided to send an email detailing my requests and concerns. However, it has been several days, and I still have not received any response.

The lack of communication and support from EasyInsure is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect timely and efficient service, especially when it comes to something as important as insurance. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I am now considering looking for alternative insurance providers who value their customers and provide the support they promise.

EasyInsure, you need to step up your game., I am willing to update my comment should someone from EasyInsure contact me, as I have left my phone number in the email.

** Update: Kelly has called me from EasyInsure after few days and helped me finally to update my insurance, hopefully the company will be able to find permanent solution and arrange their issues for everyone in the future

This company is the worst. They don't answer phone calls or emails. If you are reading this, please don't purchase your insurance with them. Non responsive. I almost lost my house buying deal because they took 2 weeks to finalize my home insurance. I want to cancel my insurance with them and they are not even picking up the phone so I can do that. I wish I could give them 0 on ratings. worst one ever.

Recently while renewing and updating my policy they made a huge error and has deducted more than double the amount from my account in one day!!! and has not been recieving my calls and responding to emails!!! Extremely Unprofessional!!! If my concern is not addressed urgently, I'll have to take action!

The website is not working properly. I thought my insurance was active and everything was fine until I saw an email stating that our insurance is not active because it hasn’t been paid. I don’t understand why the money wasn’t deducted if everything was in order on my side. What if something happened and then I found out that the insurance wasn’t active? Why even get insurance if you can’t feel safe?

Katrina has been helpful all this time. Although, i was not happy with easy insure. But service provided by Katrina was good.

Hi.
I am trying to contact the agency regarding my insurance but no response even after 1.5 hours pf wait. Is this real. Is there any system in easyinsure or not. Do you guys think that people are free on weekdays to call the company for 2-3 hours just to update the address.
If the company does not have any proper resources then they should shut the business down.
