i moved in to my apartment march 5 2025. anytime i’ve tried to call or go in for help or even ask questions they’ve always been very rude and dismissive. not helpful, and seem very annoyed all the time. i’ve also been trying to get a maintenance guy in here to check for mold above my bed that has been there since i moved in but they don’t come i’ve had to reschedule 3 times now. and they had no photos of water damage or mold damage in the lease picture on they’re website.

If I could give grassroots a 0 I would. Horrible realty company I’ve ever rented from, does not care about their tenants at all and if your house is messy make sure to clean it before the maintenance snitches on you to the property management that the place is “out of order”. I do not recommend renting or leasing from them. On another note, the people working at the front desk for the property management in grande prairie AB, HORRIBLE ATTITUDE , maybe they’re racist I don’t know but I am a dark skinned Asian and EVERYTIME I am at their office to ask about something they do not treat me as how they treat the caucasians. Horrible horrible company and terrible people. People of colour, please save yourself the trouble and do not rent or lease from them since they are only in favour to the caucasians. Thank you

Jon’s strategies are amazing.

I am incredibly grateful that Jon handled the sale of our house!
