The staff here display a concerning lack of respect, kindness, and empathy. Their behavior is dismissive and self-centered, leaving little room for others to speak or be heard. When patients are in distress and pleading for assistance, rather than offering support, they often deflect responsibility and shift blame. It’s disheartening to witness such a lack of compassion, especially in a place that claims to prioritize the well-being of its patients. I cannot recommend this place, as it seems more focused on protecting their own interests than genuinely helping those in need.

They refuse to see injured children and instead make them wait days and go into emergency rooms during a nasty pandemic that is worse than ever. My child is not old enough to be vaccinated yet I need to bring him into a hospital full of sickness to get his sore legs looked at. The time spent on a phone call could have been spent helping my son walk again.

Appointment times are a joke. If you make an appointment plan to actually get in 2 hours later. Will be switching doctors and clinics.
