I want to specifically acknowledge Lorena Grech in Building Services for her great support in getting me the information I needed to install a fence on my property. I was trying to get everything arranged before taking possession to expedite the installation as soon as possible after moving in. Lorena was patient with all my questions, and helped me get everything lined up prior to moving in. On closing date, she ensured I got exactly what I needed within minutes of submitting the request form – amazing and very timely responsiveness!

Horrible customer service I left three or four messages at least and no one responds back about parking signs going up in streets this pathetic city of Cambridge, get better service , not sure why no one is in the office answering calls just ridiculous customer service " city of Cambridge thrives to provide customer service". That's there ..'quote '.
You better work on that, it needs alot of work

Easily accessed, public space with good customer service counters just inside the door. The open area around the building really helps create a sense of welcoming.

Most horrible excuse for a wheelchair accessible building I've ever seen. What a disappointment considering this building represents our city. Anyone with a wheelchair or a stroller has to go back and forth across the entire building just to get in, then to get to the elevator you have to go in circles back and forth again. What a waste of money! That's our tax dollars and city planners at their best!!
