My Agent was Adeel Awan since last more than two years. It was really very difficult to reach him, he would hardly call back. He would respond only at the time of Renewal of Policy other wise through out the year, he would disappear. Now I wanted to add one more car in my policy. I tried to reach him through e mail, phone calls/messages. On Monday morning he called me and started shouting, that why I disturbed him on the week end. Though his company web site shows that he works on Sat from 10 am to 4 pm. this uncalled for behavior not at all accepted. After some hot arguments he hang up the phone. I waited few hours that he might call me back and apologize, but I did not receive his call. After making many calls to Allstate and wasting my whole day I managed to get the work done through a different agent.
