They are very bad business people. Never call back. Been waiting almost 1 month. Never had this problem with rock insurance.. I would never recommend switch insurance. And as soon as I have time I will switch but to a better provider. I was with rock insurance 25 years no problems .

James with Switch broker network was fantastic to speak with me on short notice. He was efficient , extremely pleasant and knowledgable. He was also able to give me a much better premium than my previous insurance company which included my two vehicles and renters insurance. I would advise anyone looking for the best price with the most coverage to look at his company.

It’s been 7 months since my original review.
The president and CEO of Switch, James, reached out to me to find out exactly what was going on in my situation and personally assisted and helped resolve my issues.
James has been great and has helped with any issue that has arisen, including answering my emails on weekends on occasion.
I’ve been quite happy with Switch since my last review!

ORIGINAL REVIEW:

I was with Rock insurance and they were great. As soon as switch took over it has been horrible.
They do not answer your questions. They don’t communicate with you unless you become irate with them.
They don’t provide critical information to you like when your first payment will come out.
They’ve caused me multiple nsf’s with my bank and even had my insurance cancel due to non payment because they wouldn’t answer my emails or phone calls about when my first payment would be coming out of my account. I was apparently supposed to read everyone’s mind about that.
If you want problem free, don’t even call this place they will never call you back.

If I could rate them lower I would... I have been with rock insurance and switch for 5 years. There is zero communication with there customers. They do NOT tell u the proper rates that come out of your account. Terrible customer service.
They should not be in business.
Do NOT get Inurance with switch.
