I had a recent stay at Kikis Cottage with my mother and it was absolutely fabulous! The location was perfect and the cottage was absolutely beautiful. The aesthetic is gorgeous and it was the cleanest Air B and B/ hotel I have ever stayed in! It was stocked with a sweet board and beautiful flowers which made the stay feel extra special! The bed was very comfortable with high quality linens.The view of the lake was spectacular and the homeowners Kathleen and Tony were so friendly and accommodating. I could not recommend this stay more! I will be booking again for a longer time next summer. It is amazing! Thank you for an amazing stay!

What a hidden Gem!! I needed some well-deserved R & R, and discovered this great waterfront cottage, within walking distance to the lovely town of Picton. Had I not preferred to enjoy my time reading and snoozing in the sun, I could have boated, fished or enjoyed water-sports on Lake Ontario. I was charmed by the sun-deck that extended from the front door right out into the quiet waters of the bay, like the bow of a ship!
On the Inside, this dreamy 2 bedroom cottage resembled an upscale Villa in Greece, with the added bonus of all new furniture, bath fixtures, linens and decor. The gourmet kitchen featured retro appliances and every accessory and staple needed for my use and enjoyment.
The friendly, yet unobtrusive young hosts were always available if needed (they live on the property but out of sight/sound) and had stocked the cottage with locally sourced wines, jams, delicacies, and their own free-range eggs.
I will definitely be back again to enjoy this place and take in the vibrant tourist scene in Prince Edward County!

Cute little cottage well located close to downtown Picton. The whole place has been renovated with taste. The kitchen is absolutely fabulous 👌 The proximity of the lake is priceless. The property is so intimate, the only thing you can hear are the ducks on the lake. You can literally go paddle boarding right in front of the door. If you are lucky you can also meet the chicken and host cute doggy. Our dog like it a lot ☺️

My family recently spent four nights and five days at Kiki’s Kottage, and we couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot. The cottage is nestled on beautifully maintained grounds, offering a serene and picturesque setting that immediately put us at ease. The space inside the cottage was ample, comfortably accommodating ourselves, children and our fur baby, who was more than welcome here. The cottage was fully equipped with everything we needed, making our stay stress free and enjoyable. We spent our days, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing, all of which were easily accessible right from the property. The daily fishing was a true highlight for our kids, with dusk being the best time to cast a line. We were thrilled to catch an approx., 5lb (white perch we believe) off the dock - a moment we’ll never forget! Kiki’s Kottage is truly a gem in Prince Edward County. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Thank you to the amazing hosts Kathleen and Tony!
