Just getting around to writing this now after almost 2 years, but better late than never! Eleanor planned the perfect honeymoon for myself and my husband back in December of 2022. There were many challenges she had to deal with, such as ever-changing COVID-19 requirements and airline complications, but it all came together beautifully. I will never travel without Eleanor's expertise and guidance again. It made our trip an absolute delight. Our experience was nothing short of incredible, personalized, handled with care and detail, and deeply reassuring to have her with us every step of the way. She is truly a wealth of knowledge and gave us an experience we will never forget. Pro tip: if you're travelling with your parents, don't travel without Eleanor. This alleviated SO much stress and thousands of potential questions. The itinerary is planned out step by step. We had to take trains, planes and automobiles multiple times to different cities and my mother was able to refer to this itinerary at all times. This allowed us to thoroughly enjoy every moment of the trip, with every moment planned and explained. I can't recommend Eleanor enough! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for a life changing, stress free, illuminating experience. The most illuminating part was how amazing it was to work with Eleanor and how I ever did it without her before!

Eleanor recently arranged our first Rriver Cruise, which was to Portugal. She looked after every little detail of the 12 days we were away. There was no surprises and she was even available early on a Sunday morning to answer a question. You know there is someone looking after you before, after and while you are out of the country. We were a group of 8 (4 couples) and even though we provided Eleanor with some pretty restrictive requirements due to our availability, flight time requests, and budget, she provided us with 3 great resort options. We ended up choosing Dreams Onyx in Punta Cana and it was awesome, and met all of our needs!
Eleanor supported us from start to finish, answering all our questions and even gave us reassurance via email when we heard that we would be returning to Toronto in a heavy snow storm (ie. what to expect and who to speak to should our flight be cancelled).
