I would like to start off by saying this brokerage was referred to us from a family friend and was the absolute best decision to use them and their services.

We originally did a pre-approval in 2017 , which we then decided at that time to hold of on purchasing. We have done multiple pre approvals over the years with Lisa and because of our income and the stress test we weren’t in a position to afford anything local to where we were living.
