Over the years that I have lived here, there have been only 2 men who have done an exceptional job in maintaining both buildings on 1259 & 1275 Brant Street. Currently we have Paul who is exceptional! He always stops in ASAP (rather than days later) to make sure it’s not an emergency. He is very organized and does a great job of repairing or replacing things. He’s also a gentleman. Thanks Paul!!
I don’t know Pam very well except to say good morning to her when I leave for work. But that doesn’t mean I haven’t noticed how clean the lobbies and glass windows and doors are, and I hear her vacuuming the hallways. Thanks for keeping things so neat and clean Pam!! I really appreciate that!!

Paula and Paul are outstanding.Paula is caring and funny and always has a smile for every resident she is by far the best we have had taking care of this building and Paul how doesn't the maintenance tasks is alway friendly and does a great job taking care of issues for the building. These 2 are outstanding employees and deserve to be recognized for their contributions to maintain our building

We’ve been living at 700 Ross for just over a year now, and our experience has been spectacular, to say the least. Paul has always responded to any maintenance requests (and they’ve been minimal) lighting fast, and Pam is a friendly face who we can always count on keeping the public areas spick and span. Would definitely recommend them and this community.

Kim, the agent we had our showing with was amazing. She was professional, personable and answered all of our questions. She was more than willing to walk us through the application process and what to expect as tenants if approved, all of which we were pleased with! The location is tidy, well kept and quiet! Kim was even kind enough to introduce us to the superintendent, who was lovely. We are excited about this new chapter and thank Kim for her assistance in making the process seamless!

Love the astroturf reviews, guys. Rent anywhere but here if you can.

The buildings are in disrepair - water damage is everywhere, ant/silverfish infestations, exterior lights that have been burnt out/not changed for over six months. This doesn't even begin to scratch the surface. The actual units are grossly overpriced and InterRent seems to think they deserve an above-guideline rent increase to extract even more money from you each month for doing literally nothing.

My personal experience here has been nothing but headaches. On my move-in date, I was reassured that renovations would be complete for issues I had pointed out during the showing. However, nobody even bothered to show up. The previous tenant had left all their garbage, dog urine was soaked into the landing carpets, there was a hole in the sink leaking into a bucket. Thank god I had somewhere else to stay for a while, and I wasn't even compensated for the trouble—I was STILL CHASING THEM TO FINISH THE RENOVATIONS WELL AFTER MY MOVE-IN DATE. I could write a novel about the numerous issues with this place.

I have a lot of tolerance for sub-standard living arrangements, I'm a responsible tenant that doesn't ask for a lot, but this place really takes the cake. If you value your wallet and sanity, please look anywhere but here. Let the quality of work in these pictures speak for itself - I wish it were hyperbole but I live in an actual slum and it's embarassing.
