This was our 2nd time at Twin Springs but our first time renting from Cathy. We had such an amazing time at The Sunset Beach Retreat! We were 2 trailers away from the beach which made it really convenient with the kids taking them back and forth as needed. Cathy was an amazing host! Anything we needed, she was close by and happy to accommodate! If you’re not familiar with trailer function, she does take the time to show you around and give a run down on how to. She provides a helpful map of the park so you know where to go and what to do. Our trailer came with beach toys, life jackets, firewood, and AC (thank goodness!) It was very clean and well maintained. My kids had an absolute blast! We are very thankful for all of Cathy’s help and will definitely be renting from her again in the future.

My family and I just spent 4 nights at Cabin on the Lake. It was amazing. The beach was clean and great for swimming and cooling off. We went fishing either right off our dock or we took the motorized dock out and fished the middle of the pond. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The cabin stayed nice and cool with the air conditioning. The view from the porch in the morning was the perfect way to start the day.The park was quiet and everyone was friendly. We can't wait to go again. Thanks Cathy!

My friend and I stayed at Evan’s Cottages from August 18-21, 2023. We were in the Cabin by the Lake!!

If you’re looking for Rustic, Clean, quiet, serenity… this is the place! We were the last cabin on the street and couldn’t have been happier.

The views from not only the bar height ledge/table on the inside, but the bar on the covered deck, we’re calming and relaxing. Just what we were looking for in a rental.

Our hostess was incredible! Thank you Cathy!!!

I’ll definitely be going back!!

My family just came back and stayed at the beach front cottage and all I can say is “ the best weekend trip I ever had” the cottage was clean and organize, the actual property is amazing. Total R&R, great view and very good fishing. Our host Cathy is super nice and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and come back. Thank you Cathy for a great weekend

Our 2nd stay at Evans Cottages. This time we stayed at the Beach House. Cathy was waiting at the gate to let us in and give us a tour. The cottage had everything we needed and a spectacular view. Lots of seating and outdoor deck space. No complaints. Surprised that they also had a great dog park. It's nice to have an affordable option for a family vacation.

We stayed at the cabin on the lake last weekend and it was a great time. The fishing was so good, my boys fished for three days straight. Everyone we came across in the park was very nice. The cabin was cute and bigger then I thought it was going to be. It fit the four of us just fine. Very relaxing time. Would definitely come again as the boys are already asking. Cathy was great!

My daughters and I stayed here in the Sunset Beach retreat from Aug 28- Sept 1. I felt very safe especially being a single mom with two small daughters. Everybody was very nice and always smiled and waved when they would go by on the golf carts or even their cars.
When we got there, Kathy was waiting by the gate to let us in and show us where we were staying and to make sure everything was okay. Immediately, I realized I had forgot blankets and pillows. Kathy went above and beyond to find pillows for my girls and I. We had the best week and time. It was a fun time and we will definitely be back!

Just want to say that our stay was amazing!!! the cottage we rented was so clean and had everything we needed and more!! the kids also had a blast. I also want to say that everyone there was so kind and so welcoming. Also a big shout out want to Joy and her husband who were also very kind and amazing with anything we needed. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you for having us.
