Steve was a terrific guide who took our family out for the day. We was funny, friendly, and knowledgeable. He even dressed up as a fishing captain at one point which the kids loved. He really made the experience even better. The stops along the tour were all really nice. We came off of the cruise ship.

Tour was supposed to be 12pm-6pm. Spoke with Abdul in February for the October 17th trip and he assured me that was a great time to see both tide experiences for that day and his wife would be our guide. Was so excited to do this as it was a bucket trip moment. Then one week out was told the trip would be 10-4 and no mention of the original time of 12-6 ( which was a different time than the ship excursions and would pretty much guarantee going into the caves as low tide was 6:22). So we were then told the guide would be waiting with a sign with our name as soon as the ship docked and we had one hour to get with the guide. We hurried and met up with Abdul outside the main terminal. He had no record of us and scurried to find a guide for us. It was not Abdul's wife, Malia, as Abdul told me that she was busy. WE BOOKED IT WITH HER AS OUR GUIDE IN FEBRUARY! The guide, Alaham, was very nice and did his best, to his credit, and we praise him, however since the time was 2 hours earlier than originally agreed upon, we didn't see much of the tide difference and no cave visit since the tide was still too high. We spent over a hour touring neighborhoods and a park, none of which was especially interesting. Spent $500 for this and what we really wanted to do did not happen. Very disappointed!!!! Was especially upset about the time change in the tour which had not been discussed and agreed upon! I feel foolish that I trusted Abdul. Our ship was in port until 9:30pm therefore the originally agreed upon time would not have interfered with the ship departure time (which also was well known in advance).
