I regret to report an unpleasant experience with Jeff. Despite providing him with all necessary information and explaining my situation in detail, he assured me he could assist. However, during an unplanned call, which I accommodated despite having a prior commitment, the conversation extended to nearly 30 minutes. I had to politely end the call to attend my other appointment.

Following this, he reacted negatively and subsequently spoke poorly about me to others involved in my process. When I attempted to discuss this with him, he was consistently rude and abruptly ended our call.

Based on this experience, I find his conduct highly unprofessional and would not recommend working with him, as it could lead to wasted time and unnecessary frustration.
