I lived at Greenwood Village for 2.5 years and had a very positive experience throughout. The staff are incredibly professional and always ready to help whenever something comes up with the property. I especially want to highlight Michelle and Mariedith — they consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Whether it was a maintenance request or a general inquiry, they were always quick to respond, kind, and genuinely cared about the residents. Their support made my stay feel safe and well looked after. Huge thanks to both of them and the entire team at Greenwood Village!

By far the most desirable place to live. Staff are very efficient, friendly and on top of things.
Very well kept grounds and beautiful landscape. The ladies in the office are incredible at ensuring things are looked after in a timely manner. Maintenance staff are also very helpful and efficient, whatever the problem. We are very pleased and enjoy our new home. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking to rent, have rented in the past which wasn't always good experiences. Recently coming from home ownership it was a very leery step, but the great team that manage this complex has surely made our transition comforting.

Very friendly service. Prompt attention to any questions or concerns. Very well maintained property all around. Grass gets mowed often, trees and shrubs nicely trimmed, clean driveways, lots of visitor parking. Well presented, very clean units. Incredible rental incentives. Love it here!

We've lived here a long time (10+ years.) The grounds are lovely and well-maintained and it's a quiet and safe community. They usually come same day - even within a couple hours when you have a maintenance issue. I think they must be pretty good at screening their tenants because we've had very few problems with our neighbours. Our unit is dated, but our rent also reflects that. It's not perfect, hence 4 stars and not 5, but then what is? The sidewalks can be treacherous in the winter and our toilets back up constantly. Overall, it's one of the best maintained properties we've lived in by far (in nearly 20 years of renting.)

By far the best experience I've had renting. The management team is awesome. They helped me out when I was in a pinch with my kids and moved me into a vacant unit right away and from then on all around was a great rental experience! If you're looking for professionalism and punctual management this is the place to be!

Have lived here for 13 years and love it. No plans on moving anytime soon. They have very professional staff in the office. Groundskeepers and maintenance is the best you can find. All employees are courteous and easy to get along with. If you have something that has broken, they fix it asap. Recommend to everyone young and old to live here. There's no better place to live.

Quiet neighbourhood except durning school drop off and pick up times if your close to the school. The parents park wherever they want. On the grass, tenant Parking spots, visitor parking etc. Visitor parking is always taken day and night. Parking on the street is limited. The staff keep the grounds well maintained except in winter they don’t shovel the small sidewalk that joins the sidewalk in front of the units and the parking sidewalk. This is definitely a hazard for the immobile. My unit (178) is old and gross and hopefully when I move they replace the carpets because there are MANY carpet beetles here and was when I moved in. Also I started getting earwigs. I heard a friends unit had lots of earwigs also. They don’t have garbage bins so on garbage day everything gets tossed on the sidewalk where birds and rodents tear into the bags and leave garbage everywhere. Not worth the price!!
