My son sent in his tax information on April 11th. Hadn't heard anything back from Regal Tax Services as of April 26th. So dropped by and was told at that time that they couldn't guarantee that his or any other clients taxes would be done by the end of April. He was never told this when he originally sent in his information; nor at any other point. This is really not an ideal way to run a Tax Services business. Needless to say, he booked an appt with another tax service and has an appt to complete his taxes tomorrow. Wow.

Everyone there is so nice and professional. I started to bring my taxes to Leslie when i had issues with it. She not only fixed my issue but did it at a respectable time. They get things done for you and they always do it with a smile.

Nothing personal against the staff because they were okay.. but the services was a downer. no there return calls, forgot to forward tax return thus we needed to call for them to remember, didn't even bother to explain why. Family of four suffered waiting for a response everytime. I did not write this to stain the company but as an honest review. I believe they had done good but not to us.

Scott and team are all you need!

Scott and team, you're the real MVP come tax season! I've been coming to Scott for 5 years now and my family for probably longer than I've been alive. He's great when it comes to helping you through tax time and understanding everything. I bring company and personal taxes to him and he's always been great. I'm one of those people who usually ask an annoying amount of questions because of OCD and Scott happily answers any questions I have.

If I could put a zero star rating here I would. It was our first time to have our income tax filed by somebody else because we usually do it on our own. This year we got so preoccupied with other things that we opted to seek assistance in filing our tax return. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed, dismayed, frustrated and unhappy with the services that they gave us not to mention the amount of money we paid to have the services done. It was expensive yet not worth the money. Our case was not complicated yet they still charge us big. Moreover, my tax return was not sent on time. I was wondering why I did not get my refund for over a month already, so I called them to follow up. Then they told me that my file did not go through or was not sent. Have I not called, they will not check or do something about it. Plus you cannot talk to them personally, you have to leave a voice message and they will get back to you few days after. In my husband's case, we were wondering why his tax refund was not received yet for almost 2 months already. We called them and asked. They told us the cheque has been incashed already and they could not do anything about it anymore. It was stolen by somebody else. So we called CRA and they are going to investigate about it. They could not care less if we suffered, we already paid anyway. Lesson learned, NEVER AGAIN to this company.
