Ever since brokerlink took over its unfortunately not the same . I knew my agents by name and they me. That's all gone . Good luck getting any type of urgency .... ill be looking to go direct to my provider

Just not very accurate on my policy changes which could have led to a catastrophe. And now they've sold out to Borkerlink, who lacks the personal touch of a small brokerage. Looking for an independent broker for a personal touch again.

We were customers of IDL for 15+ years and always had no complaints, they had great rates that no one could ever beat. This past fall we had a catastrophic loss and found out our insurance was inaccurate because our broker was negligent in writing our policies. Four months after the fire, we are still waiting to hear back from Sid after two phone messages and two emails were sent to him letting him know of our situation. We used to recommend IDL to everyone because of the great rates but we will never recommend them to anyone ever again, their customer service is TERRIBLE and when we really needed our broker, he abandoned us.

This team offers great service and great rates from a variety of insurance companies - they are always looking for a better rate and on a number of occasions informed us of a better deal with a different company.
