Took my class 6 test, Leif the examiner was amazing. Took the time before and after the exam to give me pointers, make sure all of my questions were answered, and even recommended a few different pieces of gear to make riding more comfortable. I passed my test, however regardless what the outcome was it would have been the same review.
Thank you very much Leif for taking the extra time, you’re making the road a much safer place!

I took my daughter to write her learners test. This was her 3rd attempt but her first at this office. She had awful test anxiety and struggles with reading comprehension. The clerk was very kind and helpful and reassured her that if she needed any assistance to put her hand up.
I sat down to wait and I saw the clerk check on her. She even came to tell me that she was doing well. My daughter passed the test and when the clerk processed her license she showed her and explained all the details of the paperwork.
I even learned things I didn’t know. I got the clerk’s name, Cheryl from the receipt. I am grateful to her for the wonderful experience she gave us and I hope that her manager recognizes her value.

Been coming here for years dealing with all my vehicles, Always had friendly service. Recently had to take my class 6 road test with Leaf. really friendly incredibly helpful during the test with clear instructions, and tons of great knowledge for all my questions. will defiantly come out of my way for this place.

Very Fast and very friendly service. I was the third time there. Counter Clerk Cheryl A is a very professional. She is friendly with a great knowledge . Cheryl A. explained me so clearly with understanding everything what I needed. I register my car. I really recommended this place with my confidence.Thank you Cheryl, you are awesome.

Took my son to do his driver's test on his 16th birthday today, he was so excited. The examiner said my windshield was too cracked and he couldn't do the test. Fair enough.... asked if we could rebook-- "nope, sorry, says on the website no refunds if you can't do the test." Sorry, but $155.00 when it cost you nothing today is outrageous, it is hard enough to make ends meet as a single parent, never mind to have to go get my windshield replaced and pay the fee again for my son to take the test. They have multiple test openings every single day, it's not like we took up a time spot that was in demand. The examiner seemed super nice, but I don't want to support a business that has such ridiculous policies and will rob people like that. It's bad enough to have a disappointed kid on his birthday.

Be aware they don't have rentals for your driving test, so if your brake light burns out on your way to your test, you're out $160... Luck is always on my side... Save yourself the stress and money and don't risk it.

Went last July to re-register my vehicle, the lady that helped me at the front desk told me that my registration was good until July 2025. Today is June 2025 and I just got home with a massive ticket for my vehicle not being registered. Never going to this registry again.

There is a Chinese lady named Lynes, seemed depressed, tired, don’t care attitude, and she trying to show off that she is the only working there.
Just information for her, This service and registry belongs to government, you are not a. owner. Do your job properly. Do not rush to go home, you get paid until last minute.
