Lors de notre séjour à Banff en décembre 2021, nous avons utilisé leur service de location pour des crampons pour de la randonnée et des patins à glace pour aller au Lac Louise.

Les deux fois, nous avons eu des employés serviables, connaissants, souriants et accueillants.

Ils savent s'adapter à leurs clients. Ils vont gentiment vous montrer comment fonctionne l'équipement (ce que j'ai vu auprès d'autres clients lorsque j'ai retourné le mien), ou encore vous laisser aller s'ils voient que vous connaissez bien ce que vous faites.

La boutique est bien située de façon centrale sur l'avenue Banff.. La partie location est à l'arrière et regorge d'une quantité d'équipement assez incroyable.

Les prix sont compétitifs.

Bref, c'est un endroit que je vous recommande vivement!

캔모어로 이동할 때 버스를 이용할까, 아니면 자전거(좀 비싼...)를 이용할까 고민했었는데요,

큰 맘 먹고 전기 자전거를 빌렸습니다. 전기 자전거 가격이 저희에겐 좀 비싸긴 했습니다..(오전 9시부터 오후 8시까지 대여하는데 1인당 약 9만원 후반대였던걸로)

가기전날 투어 가이드분께서 캔모어에는 볼 게 없다고 하셔서 돈 날리는것 아닌가 생각하면서 기대심 없이 자전거를 탔었는데

기대 이상이었습니다. 사진에 다 담기지가 않았어요. 나중에 꼭 부모님을 모시고 친구들도 데리고 와야겠다는 생각을 했습니다. 자전거도로를 따라서 가는 길이 정말 환상적이었습니다. 저희가 숙소 근처에서만 자전거를 탔으면 별로였을수도 있었는데 캔모어까지 가기로 했던 선택이 정말 좋았던 것 같아요. 꼭 타보시길 추천드립니다.

Rented two e-bike for a day, totally worth it. We ride them all the way to Johnson Canyon and they still had 2 bars of battery when we returned the bike. It was so fun, the view along the way to Johnson were incredibly beautiful.

We rented skis from Ultimate Sports in Banff and had an amazing experience! The staff was super helpful, making sure we got the perfect fit and the right gear for the conditions. The rental process was quick and easy, and the equipment was in excellent shape.

The shop has a great selection of gear, and the team is knowledgeable and friendly. Plus, the location is super convenient for picking up everything you need before hitting the slopes. Highly recommend Ultimate Sports for anyone looking for quality ski rentals and great service in Banff!

Unbelievable experience. I had great and efficient service renting. Unfortunately, the high-end skis I rented got stolen from my car. I paid Ultimate for the skis, at discount. 2 months later, Molly emailed me to say the skis had been found and they were reimbursing my credit card. What integrity, I was so impressed. I am a customer for life. Thank you so much to Molly and her team.
