I just want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the doctor who attended to me during my visit to the Emergency, she is DR. HOLMEN, CAROL. She took the time to properly assess my condition, performed the necessary tests, and gave me the correct diagnosis and treatment. Just a day after taking the prescribed medication, I already felt a big improvement in my condition.

I truly appreciate her professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. I hope that all doctors will show the same level of care and dedication as she did. May God bless the work of her hands and continue to bless the hospital for having such capable and compassionate staff.

My daughter fell ill while on vacation. She was seen quickly and treated well. She was cared for in a thorough manner, received diagnostics, a review with the pharmacist for medication, and discharged all within 3 hours. All of this on Christmas Eve!
For Canadian health care, this was an amazing experience. Thank you to all the nurses and doctors in this little gem of a hospital.

Unless you have Alberta Health as your insurance provider, you will not be seen without paying two fees. A $300 Doctor’s Fee, and an $1100 hospital fee. We walked into the emergency room past folks crying outside who were sick but couldn’t afford to be seen by the clinic.

As an American, this was an awful experience. I felt belittled and one of the doctors was disrespectful. I hope to never need another Emergency visit in Canada.

Unbelievable hospital with exceptional service. It’s small and since the surrounding population is small you can usually be seen fairly quickly!

The care by the doctors is world class and the facilities are clean, the rooms are spacious and the views amazing!

Quick service, arrived at 715am needed x-rays and was discharged by 10am. Incredibly nice staff. X-rays were completed 5 minutes after the order was put in. Blown away by how quick this place was with me
