If you are considering this as your bank… dont. Its more of a pain to do anything than it should be. Imagine trying to send an etransfer and getting flagged for fraud and them locking you out of your account for 3-5 business days and then when you get NSF fees due to funds being locked they just brush it off as if its your fault and you are on the hook for what ever they cost you. I HIGHLY recommend banking elsewhere.

I just need to let everyone know how incredibly terrible the customer service is with PC Financial.. I reserved a hotel room and had to use my card for a deposit. The hotel released the funds the day I checked out. A week later and still PC Financial has not released the funds.
I called not once but three times...
First representative was quite rude and told me it is still pending. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor and then told they don't start work until 9:00 am eastern time. I told her I would stay on hold for the five minutes until they are at work, she hung up on me. Called back again on my lunch hour...no response. Called this evening and again waited one hour and thirty six minutes andstill waiting. I have waited over six hours on the phone with this company, ridiculous. Their policy indicates five business days...not happening. Time to switch everything back to BMO where customers matter..

I’m having a hard time depositing money into my PC money account. I don’t know where bank account machines I can use plus I have euros to deposit and I can’t get an answer if I can just put it into the bank machine and it will be converted over
