Penny undertook the task of embroidering 12 hats for me, but unfortunately, both the final outcome and the entire process were terrible.

Despite sending her detailed instructions and precise logos for the hats, Penny remained unresponsive to emails for weeks. When the hats finally arrived, they were far from what I had requested. The logos were completely different from the ones I provided, and their placement was often off-center. Each hat seemed to have its own unique issue – from misaligned logos to stitching errors that rendered parts of the design illegible.

When I reached out to Penny to address these issues, her response was unsatisfactory. Instead of taking responsibility for her mistakes, she suggested that I purchase more hats so she could attempt to rectify the errors. Naturally, I found this proposition unreasonable and requested a refund instead. However, Penny failed to respond to my request and only refunded a fraction of the total cost.

In an effort to resolve the matter, I attempted to contact Penny by phone. Unfortunately, my calls were met with disinterest, as she promptly hung up on me and ignored my subsequent voicemails and emails. It is clear that Penny is unwilling to acknowledge or rectify the substandard service she provided.

Penny was so great and wonderful to work with. She did a great job with my wedding dress as well as my flower girl and mothers dress 2 weeks before wedding.
I even order embroidered bears for my flower girl and ring bear and the kids love them so much. Thanks again for everything

Penny goes above and beyond for brides and everyone really! Her attention to detail and suggestions of what you can do with a garment are amazing! If you are confused or struggling with your promotional items, you really need to talk to Penny. If you are a perfectionist and know exactly what you want, you still need to talk to Penny. She's helpful, she's friendly, and she produces great quality work on your timeline (and if she can't make it happen when you need it, she'll be honest about it and tell you that upfront). As the name implies, Penny does awesome embroidery work (I love the patches for team hats and look of the embroidery on bunnyhugs) and she'll do vinyl artwork on your t-shirts and other items, too. She won't try and upsell you, but she will be honest about her preferred sources and what she thinks will work best (or not at all) for your project and budget. If you need any recommendations about your promo items, she will get them to you. Penny has been stellar in helping our business look great, and I enjoy popping in to pick things up and see what she's busy working on because it's always interesting. So, call Penny! You won't regret it.

My wife just had the pleasure of getting Penny to make her two outdoor bench covers. Penny did an amazing job and realized that we needed a quick turn around and she booked me in and told me she could have them done by end of day Tuesday and she did exactly that. She is located in Pilot Butte and is not only a fantastic seamstress but also true to her word and a very pleasant and lovely lady to deal with. She is HIGHLY recommended by us.

I highly recommend Get It In Stitches! I got this bridesmaid dress online and they only had medium which way too big for me. Penny worked on it and it fits so perfectly!
