Ground crew at Ontario Northland are friendly. Their drivers are heroic. Two hands on the wheel, two eyes on the road and two eyes in the back of their head keeping a watchful eye on passengers. Super courteous. Notwithstanding the comfortable and clean buses, I hope one day they bring back train service. ❤️

Been to this rest stop on a few trips. The Quality Inn has washrooms that are kept clean, and there’s a small shop off to the right side to buy snacks, drinks, etc. Definitely go for the baked goods as they’re all homemade, and the owner of the shop is extremely kind with a wonderful taste in classical music!! 🙂

My bus was scheduled to arrive at 2:00 pm. It arrived to the minute and departed at exactly 2:20. The ride was very comfortable and smooth. The driver was polite and helpful. We arrived at our scheduled time at Union Station in Toronto. I will not hesitate to book with them again.

Bus was on time and comfortable. Fairly busy but I was able to check my duffel bag. Would take the bus again to get back to Toronto. Warm in the summer

Punctual service but the drivers drive WAAAAY TOO FAST to keep up on schedule. It's very unsafe. My wife was terrified on her last trip. It was a heavy downpour with lightning and the driver covered her dash because there was a detour and she didn't want anyone to know how fast she was driving. Very foolish. This isn't the first time

Nice little stop to grab snacks and drinks before getting on the bus. I travelled from Bracebridge to Vaughan, very pleasant experience. The seats are spacious enough to have a nap and the bus wasn't crowded. They have AC and wifi, but the wifi tends to be spotty.

Vladek was incredibly helpful and friendly. He rang me up, and when I asked for a fork extra to my purchase, he literally ran to get one for me. Definitely a charming stop for snacks on the way up North!
