I recently faced a frustrating issue with Allstate Insurance. After my bank account was compromised, it was frozen, preventing access for a week. During this time, I notified Allstate of the delay in updating my banking information due to awaiting a new card. Despite explaining the situation, Allstate showed no flexibility, insisting that I either update my payment information immediately using someone else’s credit card or face policy cancellation. This response was incredibly disappointing, especially considering my spotless payment history and plans to expand my coverage with them.

Contrastingly, other service providers were understanding and accommodating, highlighting Allstate’s lack of customer empathy. Ultimately, I switched to L’Unique Assurance, where not only did I receive superior customer service, but I also saved over $1,000 on my policy. For anyone considering insurance options, I strongly advise looking elsewhere to avoid the kind of disregard I experienced with Allstate.

Few words to describe Allstate Assurance: Professional, Very efficient, Customer service oriented. I have been with Allstate for many years now and I have been very satisfied with them. At Allstate, you are taken care like a member of the family. You will get very good advices and best way to save money with very good coverage based on your needs. I would like to specially recommend Charles El Ogeil, the best agent ever. He is amazing!!! He has always provided me with all the needed coverage with the best premium. He is always answering my calls/texts. I can call him during the weekend and after working hours. He is caring for you like you were his family. I have always been very satisfied with his service.
Last year, my Honda Accord was stolen and Allstate quickly took in charge the claim without any delay. I called Charles and he organized a rental car for me during the whole claim process (approx 3-4 weeks if I remember correctly). The whole Allstate staff who helped with the claim was so professional and so quick in treating my file. Everything was resolved on time. This is the big difference between a good insurance and an amazing one. Allstate is among the amazing ones. They listen to you, help you, give you advice, share important information with you, take the time to guide you and when needed they process your claim on time without asking 1000 questions. This is what we want from our insurance, a great service when a problem arise. Also, this is why I highly recommend Charles, he is the best agent I have worked with in many years and I switched insurances (BNC, TD meloche monnex, etc). If you want the best, don't hesitate to go to Allstate West Island and ask for Charles (you may also call). You will not be disappointed. 5/5 stars all the way for the team and Charles!!!
