I worked with Joe on a very challenging loan in my home state of Florida. I was the Realtor representing the seller and Joe was the loan officer working with the buyer. Everything went south but Joe stayed the course and with his help we got the property closed for his customer. I believe had it been any other loan officer the transaction would have died.
