Thank you to Sybil Dio from the Yorkton office who helped me resolve an online hotel booking issue as well as make changes to a car rental. She took over and then called me back each time to let me know what was happening and how it was being fixed. It was a bit of a nightmare on my end trying to get help through the hotel for the one issue but once she took over it was taken care of quite quickly.
She was very professional and a delight to speak with. Speaking as a sales manager, I can say she ticked all the boxes of what great customer service is all about and is an asset to your team!

I went to CAA to purchase some insurance for my family last Saturday.I felt the difference customer service from the senior representative there base on who you are and where you come from. She served the customer in front of me with smile.But she Changed her tone and facial expression as soon as I get close to her desk and ask questions about the insurance. The customer representative
should treat every customer the same no matter who they are and where they from. Shouldn't use a different set of eyes to look at them.

We've been here a few times, and most recently we came here to get a passport photo done for our 5 month old. The young lady we worked with was very kind and got everything done super quick and professionally. Thank you for the excellent service!

I went to this place to renew my licence. it was young girl who attend me. she spend 12 minute on system and said its done. I asked her any receipt or any thing that support my new license. she was rude and misguiding me that SGI will send rest of thing. Then I checked on SGI... it was the same status nothing new information on my SGI page. Very Disappointed. If you guys don't know.... how to update the information. Atleast dont mislead the people.

Went here on Feb. 7 to put license plates on a vehicle. My wife and I were treated with no respect. We had questions, but instead of getting answers, we got rude comments. We ended up taking our business elsewhere. Will not recommend to others.
