Over the past week, my son has been going through medical treatment, and I just want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to the pharmacist at Hearns Pharmacy.

She went above and beyond—not just in explaining the medication, but in genuinely expressing concern, offering heartfelt and honest advice, and truly advocating for what’s best for my son. In a system that can sometimes feel impersonal or rushed, her sincerity and care stood out in the most meaningful way.

It’s rare to come across someone in healthcare who takes the time to be a real voice of reason and compassion—not just following procedure, but truly seeing the person behind the prescription.

The absolute best customer service. Every time I call or visit the pharmacy I have been impressed with how knowledgeable and compassionate they are. All of the staff I have talked to are so kind and are very clear about what the pharmacy offers. My prescriptions are always filled extremely fast with detailed instructions and information about the medication. The same-day delivery service arrives with a payment machine so you can pay by card which is extremely convenient.

Always so impressed by and grateful for the staff at Hearns Pharmacy. They have above and beyond customer service. They fill my prescriptions promptly, have called me a couple days into my medication to check in on me or my kids, have done same day deliveries of my meds, and thoroughly take the time to explain my prescription to me and answer any questions I have. I always feel cared about and in good hands. AND have you seen their little baby boutique in store? Such a cute addition to look through if I have to wait. Thank you to the team that works there!

Hearns Pharmacy has the worst customer service, they are rude and have no compassion, which is very surprising for being a long time customers. When inquiring about a repeat medication for an infection, I was previously on only 2 weeks prior, I was met with a very rude pharmacist, who practically told me to just suffer with the infection or wait till walk-in was available, which walk-in was closed for no doctors ever being available, or wait till my doctor was available, which he is booked till February, and I received no help or alternative offered. Ever since this new pharmacist, female, short hair and glasses, has come in, Hearns Pharmacy has gone down hill, I definitely will be pulling my file and information out of this pharmacy and supporting elsewhere, as a pharmacists job is to have compassion and help their customers, not to dismiss them and treat them like trash.

We decided to make Hearn's our regular pharmacy, even though it is on the other side of town from us, because the team there is so very helpful and kind. They seem to really care about us. They are professional and compassionate.

10/10 would recommend Hearn’s for all of your pharmacy needs! The store is clean and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. An added bonus is they have THE CUTEST baby boutique section full of adorable infant/toddler clothing and accessories! Definitely worth checking out!
