Tonight was my first experience at the Angus location and within 2 minutes of being in the store the little girl serving me ensured it would be my last. Worst customer service I have received EVER. When I explained the website said it would email me when my order was ready she very loosely explained that they don't do that and then looked at me and asked if I was mad and walked away. I was shocked, not mad. She returned with my order and when I asked her what her last comment was supposed to mean she told me I was mad. I told her this was the best customer service I ever received and I would make sure my friends knew and she proceeded to tell me that she hopes I never come back.
I am lost as to how this interaction got to this point within 2 min. She was the most unprofessional server I have ever met and she is getting her wish. Will never return

Thank you value buds for your reply via Google reviews. I'm sure it must have gotten lost in your email system as I have certainly already emailed this address. I have been checking almost daily for a reply and will continue to do so. Days later I can tell you I am very happy with my purchase but don't ever want to encounter this young girl again

Super rude employees and horrible customer service. I am put an order in tonight and didn’t make it over untill about five to ten(closing time). I walked in showed my i.d and asked how the girl was, she brushed me off, said absolutely nothing except while walking away says “you have two minutes” in a rude little tone. after slamming my order on the counter instead of handing it to me she walked me out and said absolutely nothing, it was an awkward and horrible experience. I understand it’s annoying when people come in last minute but it happens and that’s why I placed my order online to make things quick when I got there. I go there a few times a week and can assure you I will not waste my time or money again.

Great, great customer service. The women that work there are always helpful and friendly. My husband and I don't know how they do it, but their professionalism in dealing with rude, disrespectful and obnoxious customers is outstanding. Seems a few of them left some reviews below lol.

horrible costumer service from a woman with blond wavy hair and hand tattoos, was completely rude to me and barely even looked up at me. i’ve never went into an establishment and had someone be so ignorant to me before, she needs to be talked to about her manners immediately thank you.

My daughter was able to getvin and out in a matter of minutes. She suffers from anxiety and cannabis really helps her.

Used to have excellent experience here but got someone to pick me up a bag of weed just over an hour ago, I cant smoke sativa and that's what they got me. No receipt, but seems every other dispensary can scan in the product and return it In their store if it was sold there but here. Wasted 100ish$ on an oz. and the lady was EXTREMELY rude to me and a friend who called in. Not to mention I get an oz from this store at least once a month

Friendly establishment that has a wide assortment of reasonably priced flower.
I prefer indica but they have sativa and hybrid as well.
Highly recommend the Rebound water pipe if that's your thing.
Staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable.

Should be the only store in Angus!!! Lowest prices great staff and plenty of choices (kinda like the nofrills of Marijuana)
