Liz Simunic - amazing travel agent!
We booked our all inclusive vacation to Mexico through Liz Simunic. Her customer service was outstanding from start to end. She returned calls timely, answer all my questions, followed up to provide my tickets, car parking discount etc.
While in Mexico, I was having a hard time with the return shuttle company (Westjet's vendor Nexus Tours were terrible - never again) and she saved the day. They told me I failed to register for the return shuttle (in my 25 trips to Mexico I never had to register for return shuttle) the rep gave me a hard time, made me feel he couldn't get us on the bus. I emailed Liz and she took care of it. She emailed me she got my email with concern, she emailed me after she handled it and sent me confirmation the shared shuttle QR code. It was my birthday, I had high anxiety and only because Liz acted fast was my birthday salvaged.
Liz called me the day after the trip to see how things went and I didn't expect that at all. She went above and beyond and I will definitely be booking all my trips with her in future.

I have been booking trips for many years both online and in person and have to say Tammy Beamish from Trip Central is by far the best agent we have dealt with. Tammy is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and accessible. From the moment we book she keeps in touch with us by email or phone. I am a nervous traveller and no question or request is too trivial to her - she gets back to me right away and always makes sure we are satisfied with and understand everything. The personal service she gives is fantastic and I would highly recommend Tammy and Trip Central to everyone.

Very kind people buy not very helpful. They gave me the incorrect dates for a trip to a friends wedding where all our dates should of matched. I booked my time off work and my performances only to have been given the wrong dates. They couldn't cancel my trip, so, now im missing two weeks of work when I should of only been missing one. If you book through west Jet or air canada you would get at least miles or credits for a future trip. Would not recommend using flight agents when they're just as likely as you yo make a mistake and are incapable of helping. Furthermore, as the agents told me, its not the agents fault but trip centrals policies. So just dont use trip central. Very disappointed.

My preference was to deal with someone in person instead of merely booking over the internet. To my great fortune I had the pleasure of meeting Wendy when I attended the office. Wendy was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions, explained information to me from my inquiries and helped put me at ease that I was in good hands. Job well done Wendy, I now have a person I trust with my travel needs and will be certainly be back to secure the services of Wendy and her outstanding customer service and knowledge in the future.

Teresa Gates is Amazing!!! She takes her time, she is so informative and she knows her stuff. She is very professional and extremely knowledgeable.
