Manager at this location is horrible and rude. Not knowledgeable about their own exchange and return policy. Multiple stores that I called say that I can exchange my compression stockings as long as it’s unused and sealed and in its original packaging which in fact was the case. Even the website states that. Please train your employees properly, especially the manager.

Alex, I will say that the products at this location and services especially from the manager is extremely poor. I definitely would not have my aging parent purchase anything here as they do not honour a refund to items purchase and it seems like the agenda is to sell you as much as possible. I’m not please with the poor service here at all.

I had the most amazing experience at this location. The Store Manager, after sharing my fiances diagnoses of tenosynovitis was able to relate personally and walk us through various products and the importance of the healing process, helping me overcome some stubborness in my partner to ensure she makes a full recovery. I cannot thank Alex enough for her care and knowledge, would highly recommend this Store.

Open til midnight and called just before 10pm to see if they had a video game in stock. For 10 mins no employees answered the phone. I had checked to other closer Shoppers which didn't have the game so I figured I'd save my self the 30 min round trip and call. Both Shoppers I visited had maybe 1-3 customers in thw store and zero lineups. Not sure what's going on at the Westney location that in 10 mins no one can pickup the phone. Eventually gave up I'll just order it on Amazon.

Poorly trained employees who are not well versed in the products available in store. Unable to answer questions or advise on which attachments fit walkers in store.

I hope management provides more training for the employees. At least 1 out of the 3 working should have some knowledge of the products. The lack of understanding made it difficult to make a purchase today and the no return policy did not help solve any problems.

Alex was super helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I got everything I needed and more! She was understanding of my needs and was able to help me get a wheelchair on last minutes notice. She ensured my husband was able to come home to me sooner!! I can’t thank her enough for all her help! Plus she was super nice and friendly!!

Won’t stand behind their products. Their OTC braces are non-refundable even if poorly constructed. I contacted the company that sold the product and they claimed it’s on the retailer to provide the exchange/refund (but Wellwise policy is no refunds). There are much cheaper and better quality options available online. The item I purchased was not functional after a few weeks of use/- the Velcro was not sticky and was also unfinished with sharp edges, resulting in a deep scratch on my baby. For the kind of injury the brace treats, I’d expect it’d last a bit longer. The store would get 1 star, but the customer service reps were nice, so 2 stars.

It's a few years that I've been buying stuff for my mom here. Every time I have felt a genuine interest in the staff to help. Today I went back to ask where I can buy a spare part for something I had bought before, and to my utmost surprise, not only they carried the part, but also they were kind enough to give it to me for free. It didn't matter how much it may have cost, but the kindness worthed a million to me.
