I had a trimalleolar fracture on my left ankle that required surgery (10 screws and 2 plates) and came to the clinic looking for Physio to recover range of motion. Haslin (PT) was simply amazing! Her care and genuine interest made the sessions fun and informative. She is súper profesional and friendly. She always paid close attention to what I had to say, always showed interest in my recovery and provided me with exercises and treatment that allowed me to go on a trip planned before the fracture, only 5 months after the surgery. I highly recommend both the clinic and of course Haslin.

I had a great experience at Lifemark in Ajax. The team there is excellent. Over the course of the past year they really helped me deal with the issues with my back. They really care about their clients. Tanesha and Denise helped me navigate the paper work and dealing with the insurance company. Dipti, Ho Yee worked with me and gave me some tools to deal with my back issues. They pushed and challenged me to get better. I can't say enough about Nick he is amazing. Everyone on the team worked with me and educated me on how to help myself. My back is still a work in progress but I know I am in good hands with this team.

I want to thank Haslin, Nick, HoYee, and Denise for helping me recover and rehab from my MVA in January. It was my first time doing any kind of physiotherapy/massage, and the team was wonderful in doing their best in identifying and focusing what treatment/regimen would work best. This is a great physical treatment clinic, organized and well equipped, excellent client-care and accomplished treatment providers. I had chronic neck pain issues which exacerbated by whiplash and I received superior care & high quality treatment with wonderful improvement. Denise (admin) very courteous & polite, Dipti (physiotherapist), Nicholas(Massage Therapist), and Haslin (Clinical Director) are very competent, knowledgeable and experienced. Superb care from the very beginning, from all staff!
Special thanks to Dipti, our physiotherapist, who is extremely knowledgeable, competent and a no-nonsense professional. Ho Yee, my husband's kinesiologist, was also very knowledgeable and helpful in his recovery. Alicja, a Durham College Physiotherapy Assistant student, was a pleasure to deal with. She is so personable and easy to talk to, and also provides a high level of care during therapy. Thushani, a high school co-op student, was very pleasant and compassionate during strenuous and painful exercises. And finally, Tanesha the office manager was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and effortlessly handled our appointment scheduling and billing.

We were so blessed to be in such good hands. We highly recommend them for your physiotherapy needs.
