Purchased furniture from the Brick on in Apr 2021, under their don't pay for a year. We were 66 and62 yrs old at this time. We paid our statement in Oct 2021, when we received all our furniture. Received statement stating it was paid. We got further billings saying we owed further funds for insurance. We did not purchase insurance and in fact, we are to old for the program. Desjardins staff have been treating our excellent credit rating because we refused to pay 280.00. We have been badly treated for not paying for something we did not purchase. Bad business practice and will make it public.

Do not do business with this company. Absolutely worst experience dealing with them. Their employees constantly lie to and mislead me, presumably to get more money out of me. If I call with a problem they're always so condescending and rude, even the manager will be so rude and won't even let me say anything. It's one thing if your employees yell at the customer, it's another when your management does the same. This company doesn't have a shred of proper work ethic or integrity and I regret ever opening an account with them. Can't wait to wash my hands of this filthy company. Save yourself A LOT of trouble and avoid this company.

My Mom has been with this group for some time now,mostly because they are nice to her,I decided to take a closer look at the fees they were charging her,and sure enough they were making more money off her money than she was,just a horrible greedy bunch of leaches.
