My business urgently needed insurance for a new vehicle. After experiencing delays with a couple of brokers from other companies, I reached out to Western Financial. Icah at the 600 Empress, Winnipeg location promptly understood the urgency and swiftly gathered the necessary information. By the end of the day, the application process was complete, and the following morning, I had full insurance coverage for everything I needed. Icah was polite, professional and kind throughout the entire process. What would have likely taken other brokers many days to complete, Icah accomplished in less than two days.
I am thrilled with the service I received from Icah and can now get my vehicle to work minimizing down time.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with a Commercial Insurance Advisor over the phone who provided the most abysmal service I have ever encountered. From start to finish, my experience was marred by their incompetence and unhelpful attitude. My phone conversation with Raiza Santos was a complete disaster. Not only was she unable to solve my problem, but her rude and unhelpful attitude made the experience even worse. I would strongly caution against seeking her assistance as her lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction was truly disappointing.

What a treat to talk with Candace today at the Polo Park office. She was so respectful, friendly and efficient. She listened to my issue, collected the required information needed, confirmed the request, and made the necessary changes. Candace took it to the next step and ensured that I was emailed with all of the information, required forms and once again checked to see if I needed anything else. She was so professional. It took about 4 months for me to receive a quote for a commercial insurance policy through the Canadian Rental Association program. After a few back and forths in October, the agent declared that he had all the information he needed. I checked in with him in early December... Yes, we are working on it and will have it to you soon ... Several more requests for information were made by the agent in late December and I provided the information quickly.

Policy start date is Jan 01, 2021. I received the quote on December 29th, 2020 and the agent tells me I need to respond tomorrow because his birthday is December 31 and he has the day off ? ... Here's your response....

I have been trying to get my commercial auto insurance in place since september 2020, I had reached out to 3 different brokers from then until February and we would start the process regurgitating the same information over and over and then communication would just stop, my company fell through the cracks. I was recommended to reach out to Western Financial Group by my broker for my Commercial General Liability and with in a week I had a Auto Policy in place and have had very clear simple communication with James Nellis.
