This location is within city limits. Why are you closed due to weather? I just drove from the west end of the city without problems but your employees can't even show up to work. Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic

i have no problem with this company, but this particular branch has really been no help at all. been having problems with my credit card and visited this branch multiple times to get it arranged but always leave with a “we will call you back or you should be able to do it online” countless voicemails for help but to no avail. setting up online banking was another problem, they gave me information on to how to do it but never gave the temporary password to sign in causing another trip to this branch. to say the least if you need to do basic banking like depositing money it’s great as it should be but with service issues i would not choose this branch and would recommend going to a different location.

I have been trying to communicate with someone at this branch for two weeks leaving several detailed messages with no response, spoke to a clerk with a detailed message that I would get a call that day and not response, two days later I sent an email asking why no one is responding and ask to someone to call me but again no response. This regarding peoples finances. What's the point of having a bank if the company you bank with doesn't care about their clients. I'm done. Been here for 40 years and I'd rather go with a bank that doesn't live in the stone ages, and actually offers visa debit, among other tho gs and customer service.

Have to wait several days everytime I call to get a question answered. Sometimes I have to call twice because no one calls back. Get the the wrong information and have to do things differently than they said it could be done. Frustrating!

dealing with them for over thirty five years I find they are getting slow at embracing change. like hours of operations that are good for their customers( 8-8pm and weekend hours). Also getting loans approved you need to wait for the right person to be back from vacation. Picture bank card instead of being asked for id every time I want to take out some of my money. By someone I don't know, to much turn of staff , in the days before the tellers knew you . I'm thinking it might be time to change to another credit union that's more flexible

Long story short their communication within their operations is complete garbage. I am posting this review in February 2022, I had my account closed June 2021. Why am I complaining now? Because the idiots didn't close my account, called me in February ASKING IF I WANTED TO CLOSE IT and hit me with $600 + of bank fees and interest because they were too idiotic to close my account as originally discussed 7 months earlier. If I could give 0 stars I would. I absolutely would not recommend to anyone. Ever.

My wife and I held a mortgage with Caisse for our principal residence for over a year, but decided to sell that home and buy something else. Due to timing, we wanted to purchase the new home and retain the existing home at the same time. Caisse would not finance both homes. So we got temporary financing with Scotiabank on the new purchase and were promised by Caisse that we could port over the existing mortgage shortly after closing. Closing on our existing home was May 20th, it is now Sept.20th, and we are still waiting for answers. We had locked in a rate with them as well for the balance of the new purchase, so we could blend and extend at a good rate, still waiting on answers. Our mortgage broker at Castle has been given the runaround consistently by both the Branch and the decision makers. People on vacations, meetings, meetings, meetings, very busy... We have been in this constant "wait and see" status for months. Meanwhile we have been paying much higher interest on the temporary loans we got from Scotia, assuming it was going to be a short time period. We also went with whatever temp product Scotia offered, since we had an agreed-to deal with Caisse. All the while rates have gone up, up, up and I'm worried that we have been completely screwed over by this bank. We had requested a meeting with the VP to discuss, so we could at least understand what is going on with our file, make adjustments where necessary to gain approval - no response from her. I am a local real estate developer, borrowed millions from various CU's and other institutions, but I can't get a meeting with anyone at this bank to talk about my own home financing. This situation is completely ridiculous and I will tell everyone NOT to use Caisse moving forward unless this is resolved.
