Allyson came highly recommended when I returned to CB and was purchasing a home. I called her, got an office appointed within a day, and from that initial office visit it was SIX hours later I was approved with my first choice company at a great low interest rate. She stayed in contact with me through my long 60 day close. She even completed paperwork for me in terms of my relocation company months after my house was finalized. Was not happy with the service I received. Spoke with Allyson for a few days and she said my application seemed promising. Then she just stopped replying to emails on a Wednesday. Didn't answer or return phone calls either. So I got frustrated and found another broker (who got me approved in a week). Finally Allyson emails me the following Tuesday and just said I was denied. No explanation, she not once tried to work with me on the application and the fact that she just disappeared for almost a week was absolutely ridiculous. The broker I did hire even contacted me over the weekend to ask questions and work with me on my application. And like I said I got approved within a week.

Allyson Never returns your phone calls or emails and just promises you the world but doesn't do anything. I'd recommend finding someone else. It was a 2 month waste of my time and hit on my credit!
