Lors de ma visite à l'urgence avec mon fils malade la semaine dernière. Ils n'ont fait aucun test sur lui pour savoir ce qu'il avait. J'ai dû aller dans une autre hôpital où il a tester positif au RSV plus une otite avec déshydratation et il avait besoin d'oxygene. Vraiment inacceptable

Worst hospital experience, can't even see a doctor in emergency. For people that don't have a family doctor what are they suppose to do see a doctor? Not go to this hospital because even going there when they open for 2 days in a row they will still send you home while bumping you down the list to be seen even when people are in no worse shape than you are. They don't care and don't listen when you register and they ask your symptoms they tell you than can only write a few words so you can't tell them all of your symptoms. So how do they know who needs to be seen by a doctor first if you can't even tell them your symptoms. 4 people left to be seen after they closed at 4pm. And we all sat for an hour and a half before they told everyone to go home because there wasn't time to see them. Waste of time, they act like they don't care, will never visit here again.

Just terrible. Third time here for a weird type of rash I've never seen before spread, fire red, felt like it skin was on fire and so itchy I couldn't sleep. First dr gave me some prednisone and something else, no change, second dr did blood work and told me to use some cream, still no change. Had to wait 22 days for some of the blood work results. And even when the drs did see me the first time they were maybe in the room a total of 5 mins
Came into triage today to talk to dr about blood work and why I still have this rash, why it still flares up and almost puts me in tears and is now going on 3 months. Got here at 815am. It's not 415pm and I still haven't been seen. I've repeated my self so many times I'm not just here to go over blood work results I'm here to get more tests and get to the root cause of this rash that's actually going on closer to 4 months now. Explained the burning and pain and itchiness and just kept being told results are low priority. I would understand if I just wanted to discuss bw results but that's not the main reason I'm here. I am here because clearly more tests need to be done. Someone who waited an hour for a ear ache got put ahead of me. So somehow out of 8 HOURS there wasn't one single spot for me this entire time. There is clearly some sort of infection in my skin or something for a rash to spread, flare up, cause so much pain and itchiness and in top of that lasts for months with no sign of it slowing down. My entire day got spent waiting in the er to not be seen by a dr. Unbelievable

Treated with respect and handled with care.
Felt like I was in good hands while I was here.
Nurses and doctors were personable and very friendly.
Can't imagine the attitude required to actually make them behave the way described in the other reviews.
Do better people. These folks are human beings working hard to make sure we're healthy.

Today in the emergency waiting room I witnessed one of the triage nurses come out into the waiting room and basically get into this patients face treating her with disrespect letting everyone hear all because she didn’t hear her name being called… that was so unprofessional and upsetting… do better ! These are your patients not your punching bags lady.

Arrived at emergency at opening and at 16:00 they said we are closed. How they triage is criminal. How a hospital can refuse service to a minor is criminal. If you truly have an emergency don’t go here. You might just die waiting
