Unfortunately did not catch his name, but the gentleman who picked me up from the Country Pumpkin on May 28 and towed the Ford Escape I was test driving into Oromocto was outstanding. Very professional, courteous, and friendly, his customer service was amazing. Because of him and this experience, I would fully recommend Sunbury Towing.

My experience was TERRIBLE! Stay clear of this gangster……. My 14 son’s bike was stolen. They did the roadside recovery and charged $690 for a 64km round trip recovery! Highway robbery …. Stay clear of this guy!…. Be sure potential customers to stay clear of these gangsters.... pay close attention to Sunbury's response to my review comments as it will speak volumes about how they value their customers.

Had my imported vehicle towed here from Halifax. They were very understanding and patient with me even though I, myself, definitely showed a lack of patience due to my excitement of my new vehicle. Met the owner, his wife (I think), and one of the drivers. All solid people. The driver even helped me out with issues I was having with my vehicle since it had sat in port for months. Reading the other reviews makes me wonder how these other people acted to get such reactions from the staff here. Anyway, I'm already looking at importing another vehicle and will most likely be dealing with Sunbury again and I'm okay with that! A+

My bill was 17.25$ but then for an extra 5kms it changed to 150$ or nothing at all. The truck driver was very professional and proficient with his rig and picked up my vehicle in a tight spot , the dispatcher on the other hand took advantage of us as soon as she could, a real rocketeer , soon as she had us in a vulnerable spot took us for what she could. I have the receipts showing the price changes. So these 2 stars are for the operator but for the organization they are crooks.
