Absolute worse bank in existence, sent my card to the wrong address. Lost over 400$ been waiting now over 2 months and still haven't gotten it back. Don't go to this bank unless you want your money stolen

This has got to be the worst bank ever! This was my first bank as a teenager, but after having my account frozen multiple times for NO GOOD REASON, and paying fees that are 3 times that of another bank, I switched a long time ago. My wife still had an account with them until I finally convinced her to switch. They were charging her over $30 a month in fees for barely even using her account! And whenever you are not a customer and use the ATMs, they charge $3.00, when EVERY other institution only charges half that!

There is absolutely no excuse for these high fees when the majority of transactions are computerized and automated, and no other bank has fees this high.

They will try to steel from you, they will say it's a mistake but if you don't advised them they will tell you that you are in the wrong and what not. They will make you feel like you are nothing and worthless
