My kids and I had a fantastic time! Garrett and Matt were wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable. We spent hours petting and interacting with all types of reptiles while Garrett and Matt told us interesting facts about all of them. We never felt rushed and had all the time we wanted with the animals. It was very intimate and fun for adults and kids alike. It’s hard to find customer service as great as theirs in this day and age. Would highly recommend to all, especially to those who are looking for a fun and educational activity to do with their kids.

We don’t even know this gem existed in the mall ! We happened to walk by and I’m so glad we did ! Bobby the owner is so kind and welcoming! Immediately feeetes us with his wife and son, explained how the shop worked and we were able to get started in petting some cool reptiles. He is so good at making sure the customers and especially kids are aware that all the animals there are rescued from family’s who couldn’t care for them . It’s good to bring animal and pet awareness to our younger youth . Long story short ! My son lives the zoo so much he went to their workshop they hold once anonyh and now he asks me to go on a daily to help volunteer with the reptiles ! Thanks guys ! We love your shop ?

Bobby G Pets is an amazing experience. I have spent countless hours here with my son. The owners are incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. Matt and his family care for every one of their reptiles as a member of the family. This is an incredible place to interact with and learn about reptiles. We have had the pleasure of seeing the animals “put to bed” when the store closes. It is adorable to watch them go into their hides and nighttime enclosures. They take such care to make sure all their animals get what they need. A truly unique and special experience!

My snake enthusiast daughter just did the reptile care workshop they offer, and had a fantastic time! Membership price is very reasonable, and we are excited to bring her back frequently to interact and get experience with the snakes. The staff are welcoming and knowledgeable and take excellent care of both people and animals (critters seem very happy and healthy). This was EXACTLY the place we needed for our daughter, and I'm absolutely thrilled that the Reptile House is here. I highly recommend it!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Rachael and Matt Butler with Bobby G. Pets are incredible! We hired them to come and do a school wide assembly at our elementary school in Ashburn, VA and they knocked our socks off! They are professional, kind, patient, passionate, educated, and committed. They make the experience fun for the kids while keeping it safe for the animals, their pets. It was an incredible experience for the students to learn about reptiles in a controlled environment and have the opportunity to pet them. Since Covid, we have not had in person events like this. Their visit brought back so much magic for our students and it will be remembered and talked about all school year long! I would highly recommend them for events or just a visit to their location in Dulles Town Center mall.

Came here for the first time today with my son and we had a blast. Amazing owners who are very friendly and knowledgeable. Very fair admission cost and great selection of reptiles. I recommend bringing your kids here, they'll have a great time.

The reptile class was awesome! Equal parts “fun” with the handling of animals and “educational” by learning how to care for them correctly! I cannot recommend this enough to reptile enthusiasts! Edited to add we are now a few weeks “post” class and the staff couldnt be more amazing with allowing my son to utilize his “class and badge perks.” He wakes up every weekend so excited to come back over and over again to “help” with the animals and learn more and more. Theyre patient and kind and really make him feel included. As a mom I couldn’t be more thankful and appreciative of the extra time that they take with the kids.
