Thank you so much for your excellent service and consideration. I stopped in for a planned ultrasound check and you got in quickly. It is great to know we have such an amazing healthcare facility right around the corner from us. All of the staff are excellent. Special thanks to Becky for her good sense of humor.

Friendly staff and great service. I came for an ultrasound and an x-ray 🩻. My overall experience was great. The medical office is within the Synergy Wellness Centre in Sherwood Park. There is lots of parking outside and easy access to the building for all. There is lots of seating in reception. My ultrasound technician was very professional and made me feel comfortable. And the same can be said for the x-ray also.

They were friendly but the experience wasn’t up to par with the fort Sask one. I wasn’t allowed to sit with my wife for support while getting her ultrasound for a pregnancy scan. The Tech didn’t want my 1.5yr daughter in the room who is very well behaved. Tech tried to claim it was company policy that she couldn’t be there, but we’ve never had that issue with our other kid. It was her choice and I’m sure she’s allowed to make it but it was very disappointing. We had specifically asked in the past and they had answered as if it was without a doubt allowed at the fort Sask location. I would have understood if my daughter was disruptive and they asked us to then leave.

If I hadn’t taken the day off work to support my wife, they would’ve been forced to let my daughter into the room. There are other people with no choice but to bring their child.

Was a failed scan which isn’t the techs fault but they said they would take another set of pictures for us since we couldn’t go back to get it redone in time, they just didn’t do it. We won’t be able to get the test done now.

I don’t want this experience for any other people. Although we aren’t going back, I don’t want any one else to have the same.

I need a call and would love to speak about the experience to someone who can influence change. I saw the number on some other reviews and will call in a couple days and will update this.

Everyone including the Tech were friendly and professional the entire time.

Clean, very friendly and knowledgeable people working here. I think the best thing that happened at my last visit here was a new brochure in the waiting regarding pain management they offer here. There are so many options that aren't about popping pills. Been there, done that...it's so nice to have these new options when nothing else works! I'm excited about the future of pain management! Every staff member in the Mammography department is always so friendly and personable making each appointment as comfortable as possible. They really stand out and go above and beyond other clinics and medical appointment staff. Thank you to all of these women!

Horrible experience at this location. Went for a 1st trimester ultrasound and literally left crying and feeling horrible. 1st off, I showed up 10 mins early to my appointment with a full bladder, as required and had to wait an additional 15 minutes past my appointment time to get in. I was so uncomfortable. Then the tech brought me in and refused to show me my baby because according to their “protocol” they don’t show you live video of your baby in first trimester and because of HER previous experience people ask too many questions and she doesn’t have any time for that. I said I wouldn’t ask any questions, I just want to see my baby, and she still refused. I got to see a photo and 3 second video afterwards and then she sent them to my email. Note, I went to MIC in Edmonton for my first pregnancy and they were so kind and accommodating. Made the whole experience feel good and exciting. My last pregnancy I had 2 ultrasounds in my first trimester and got to take the time to see my baby live, talk about them and got 4 photos and a longer video emailed to me. The tech at this clinic flat out lied to me, assumed the worst (that I would ask too many questions?!) and honestly I felt violated that I couldn’t see my own body and what’s going on inside of it. Go somewhere else.

Arrived for my appointment in Sherwood park energy centre MIC, waited alone in line for almost 5 minutes until one of the ladies offered to help. The appointment my dr had booked over 3 months ago had been moved back one week, so I was a week early. We live in west Edmonton so it was some wasted time in late afternoon traffic on a long weekend. She blamed me for not recognizing the change when I checked in with their text system. Not sure why the sense of entitlement but I was pretty disappointed, I won’t be back!

Staff greeted me right away and got me in right on time for my appointment wasn’t kept waiting very long at all, and the Imaging tech Ashley I believe it was, she did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable during the process and overall was a good experience.
