Kelly is the absolute best!!! This was my first experience working with a real estate agent. We had been looking at homes for over a year and when we weren’t ready to buy, Kelly followed up every now and then to see where we were at and sent listings that were within our budget. Her most recent follow up was at just the right time. Kelly set up a viewing the same day we found the listing and we ended up putting in an offer on the listing the very next day. Kelly came to our house to put in the offer so we were comfortable, and even took us out for dinner to celebrate!! She has truly been there every step of the way, not only as a real estate agent but as a support system and a friend. She was available 24/7 and and answered all of the questions we had as first time home buyers. She is efficient, kind and truly wants the best for her clients. This was the best experience I could’ve ever asked for. Kelly made it fun, special and so so memorable. She will be the first person I call whenever we are considering another move in the future. Kelly is the absolute BEST! She was extremely helpful to us as first-time homebuyers through the entire process of buying our first home. Even when we weren’t ready to purchase a home, she would follow up every couple of months to check up on us and to see where we were at in regard to purchasing. Once we found our home, she made it extremely easy and did all of the work for us. She had every answer to every question. If there were unknowns, she would find out almost instantly. Her driven personality definitely gets everything done fast and effectively. We had Keller Williams handle the sale of my mom's condo. Kelly Piccolo was our sales agent. She was constantly communicating and providing information on the process and activities that were happening during the listing period and the sale process. She did an excellent job negotiating the best price , and was able to get our asking price in a slow market! She even assisted with the clean up and prep of the condo for showings, as we had lots on the go with moving my mom, and a preplanned vacation. She took allot of the stress out of the process, and was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely hire again for our next home sale!

Working with Kent was amazing. We bought a new house and sold our house. Kent knew exactly what we needed and what we were looking for. I find the whole process to buy and sell a house stressful, but Kent was there every step of the way easing our worries. Thank you to Kelly for being the best agent we could ever ask for! It was our first time buying a home and Kelly was amazing. She was extremely patient with us over the countless viewings and always maintained such a positive outlook. Kelly was re-assuring in every aspect of the word. In terms of communication there were zero gaps. We were kept up to date on everything as well as next steps. Kelly referred us to April, our mortgage broker, who was also fantastic and extremely helpful and nice. She made sure we were stress free throughout the process. She meshed with us perfectly and made every interaction/house visit an adventure. Extremely fun person, upbeat and we can't thank her enough for everything she did for us. But obviously not everything is fun and games and banter, when it's time for business she does not drop the ball ever. Kelly is a professional and a master class in her field and super knowledgeable. I was looking for information on the requirement and procedure to sell a house. I approached Linda Bull of Team Peroff-Keller Williams Realty from a previous encounter and she was very accommodating on time and location of meeting.
The meeting was held in her office. Upon arrival, I was met at entrance and introduced her staff, as we walked to meeting room. The room was prepared with pad and paper for me to take notes, she had her info packages prepared, and after a short chatting she proceeded to introduce her services with literature. I had a few questions prepared as well, which she covered with her presentation. Beside answering all my questions, she was very helpful in providing suggestions on different options I may be able to follow.
The meeting went on for an hour or so, at the end I was handed more literature to take with me and presented with a token of appreciation which I was very surprised.
It was a very positive experience. It did not leave me unsure when it comes to sell my property. Linda was very professional and sincere on the approach to market your property.
I am glad I had this meeting with Linda, it provided me with necessary information how to prepare and what to expect when I am ready to sell.
