Looked at other reviews, especially those regarding freshness. There was a sale on puddings and product was slightly out of date. Also found a number of empty shelves. I became very conscious of reading fresh dates Much more than any store that I have visited
There seems to be issues with the freshness of fruits and vegetables by others but not by me. I did buy a 750ml chocolate milk on sale that had 8 days until BB. Milk is 1 thing to not buy too close to BB as I have found in past that even though I run a really cold fridge that it can go bad. This milk was enjoyable to the last drop.

Its such a shame that this store has gotten so very bad with expired products. The consumer shouldn't have to check or point out all of these expired products. Every single time I check the dates of most things and it's just so unreal with the amount of things that are found. Example .....I didn't happen to check NN turnover cookies and just grabbed them. My husband ate one. Said it didn't taste right...thank God he didn't get sick. The date on it says December 16th,2024. Are you kidding me I have been shopping here for years but since after covid it has gotten steadily worse. Should the employees BEFORE STOCKING not check before shelving them? Its making me not wish to shop here anymore.

Great store, great staff, great selection, usually always great prices. Your phone will likely lose all signal when in there but you can log in to their wifi and access things that way. Probably not stealing your information and selling it to third parties but VPN always advised.

Just went to No Frills to purchase gluten free Club house mixes that were on sale for $1. My husband and son have Celiacs and it is always great to find GF items on sale. The packets rang up at regular price and the girl at the cash said the sale doesn't include the GF ones. At that point I vented my frustrations to my husband as to it not making sense when they are all the same regular price so why wouldn't they be included in the sale. At that point the cashier, very snarky replies "well I don't make the prices". I let her know I was not venting at her. The other girl came back to say that the gluten free were not included in the sale. I am so disappointed that you would not include the GF packets in the sale. I realize it's only .29 cents difference per to packet but it's the principal of the matter. Celiacs is not a choice it's a disease and I am so tired of having to pay more money for GF items when my son and husband need these in order to stay healthy. Shame on No Frills or any other grocery store that doesn't include GF items in sales as groceries are already ridiculous enough.

Our experience with customer service is good. Please have a sign that the floor is wet so we don't slip and fall like my daughter did last time. Also, you have a huge banner that says you price match. But you really don't with certain stores so maybe remove that banner and make the necessary adjustments to make the statement true.

I was in this store on Tuesday. I experienced some issues with my PC Card not properly crediting my personal account.
I want to compliment one of your staff, Bryce, for taking enough time to resolve my problem..!
Bryce is an exceptional employee and a real credit to this No Frills store.

The staff at the garden Center is lazy and confrontational. Had a bad experience with both employee’s on Saturday when the garden centre should be open at 9. I was told to wait because her shift starts at 9. I watch them talk on length at the gate when they should have opened the gate of the garden Center.
While standing there waiting she would not take the effort to move a skid around me when setting up . She had the other employee to confront me and demand I move. They allowed another customer to comment and involve herself in the bad event I experienced where it should have been private but that was not the employees intent

The lady that was working the cash register noticed a hole in the bag of frozen blueberries. I hadn't noticed it, so I really appreciated her doing that. She had another employee come grab it to switch it. Unfortunately there weren't anymore wild blueberries. I took the farm blueberries.
A bit disappointed because I don't care for farm blueberries but Ce La Vie.

Very friendly lady, you could tell she enjoys her job.
