After having a terrible experience with the Sunwing flight delays and cancellations in February, Lisa and Lasalle Travel had our back. They went above and beyond to facilitate a full refund for our entire group when Sunwing was refusing to do so. These agents go out of the box for thier clients and we will absolutley be booking with them again because we know they have our backs!

We booked a trip with Krystal from Lasalle Travel. We went to Cuba in January 2025 (Sunwing) and stayed at Blau Varadero. Although not familiar with the exact resort we were booking, Krystal professionally discussed the pros and cons of Cuba with us and gave us tips for the area. She really helped us out by booking a great private tour into Havana through her agency's private contacts. The private tour in a 1955 Belair was a highlight of our trip. It was an excellent experience and only cost a fraction of the Sunwing sponsored bus trip. We highly recommend using Krystal and Lasalle Travel and will be using her services again in the future.

Late Feb, I emailed and then met with an agent to book a European cruise. We chatted for a few min and she said she would email me with a few options in a week or so. She didn't get back to me, so I emailed her for an update. I never heard from her. I gave up and booked through Elite Travel for my cruise. Never going back here and I'm not recommending it.

We had a great experience booking with Andrea! She did a great job helping us choose a resort that had exactly what we were looking for and answered all of our questions in a professional and timely manner. She went above and beyond to assist us during our trip as we experienced an airport closure due to flooding which interrupted our flight home. Andrea provided us with prompt updates on the situation and kept us informed on the status of our return flight while also ensuring we had options if our flight was cancelled.
