Scott and his team were very responsive to requests. I have used them to buy sell and rent properties. However, my last property I sold with this team let me down. Iv constantly had to tell them how to sell the property when this should have been through the expertise of the agents. My house was not in the best shape due to my last tenants and something as simple as a clean and a stage could have gotten me the best price. I’ve had to constantly explain to them next steps in order to sell this property. I know I could have gotten more for the sale of my house but because of tough times I had to settle on the price given. Ontop of everything else it was just sad how these agent think they deserved the full commission. I would never take an penny from someone but their attitude toward it left a bad taste in my mouth. No need for a reply on my review. Just a heads up to do better.

We needed a multi-generational home for our famliy to move into, as we would all have more money in the bank when we share all expenses and mortgage. I was all over the internet searching for the perfect place...that’s when a very courteous and steadfast agent started emailing me some suitable homes. Although plenty of agents reached out, only one stayed with me as we decided what homes ticked all our boxes.
Patrick kept us up-to-date on the new listings that would work for us. When we were ready to go to showings, he got us into the homes we chose in our crazy tight schedule all in ONE DAY!
On our showing day, Patrick knew all about the homes we viewed and when he didn’t have all the answers for our load of questions, he went above and beyond to get the answers. Patrick treated us as if we were his most important clients, which is hard to find these days, as, I am sure you already know!
We found the most perfect home and when we sold our mom-in-law’s house, there wasn’t any questions on who we called....PATRICK!
Although selling your home first is the least expensive and best way to go about a move, when we got stuck with more than one home-guess who helped us out.....
Anytime you are serious about buying a new home, please do what the experts advise and sell FIRST! It did actually cost us thousands of extra dollars to buy first.
