We had a rad leak and needed a new one. We live in Elliot Lake and have a Cadillac SRX. We were told by GM that it would be a @ 9 hr job and $2600.00! Crosstown in Sudbury would’ve been @ $2800.00!! We called Algoma Chrysler in Spragge and they were hundreds of dollars cheaper, said it would take @4-5 hours, and they even gave us a loaner to go back home. They were faster than they said and did an amazing job. This is the second time we went to them and we were very pleased with their workmanship and care of our vehicle. If we need service again we won’t hesitate to call them. They have excellent customer service and we highly recommend them as we felt they went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied. 100 percent worth the drive from Sault Ste Marie. Great buying experience with a good selection of used trucks in their inventory. Darrin one of the sales and leasing consultants was a pleasure to deal with. I explained my budget and what we intended to use the truck for (towing a 21’ trailer with 5 adults). He grabbed a few sets of keys for trucks that would be a good fit to go check out. No hovering. No sales pressure. Just an awesome buying experience.

They offered a reasonable amount of value for my trade in and will be delivering the truck to my house then picking up my trade in to bring back. 10/10 will recommend to my friends.

These guys were amazing!
Had trouble with our Chrysler on our trip, called them up they said come by and they will see what the problem is, some how found the time and fixed it for us within 3hrs so we could get on the road again.
They showed amazing customer service and were fantastic to deal with! Highly recommend

These people are amazing! We were travelling through and were having issues with our 2021 Jeep Gladiator. Every person we spoke with was so kind and so helpful! They took our jeep in right away and determined it was an update problem.. fixed it for us right away and got us on our way. We are so very thankful and appreciative! Algoma Chrysler had a number of vehicles in stock but no prices listed on the windshields and nobody came out to see if I was interested and I was already thinking of trading in my jeep but maybe it was a good thing it gave me time to think.

Firstly, Darrin in sales is an awesome dude would definitely deal with his again if it weren't for the vehicle they sold me. Paid $10,500 out the door for a 2005 GMC Sierra that seemed good only to have the coolant lines blow the day I picked it up. Also needed a wheel bearing and brake lines, and an maf sensor in the intake that part alone costed $300. I'm less then happy with the service they did when safetying the truck as all this happens withing the first few months of owning it, most happened withing the first few weeks. The best part is they didn't even check the rockers and cab corners which when I checked looked ok, but fell off about 2 months after getting home when I washed it for the first time as well as a rust hole in the door someone "patched" same with the one cab corner. Not happy to say the least, but darrin was a nice salesman to deal with.
