Not Impressed! This company was hired by our insurance company to determine the replacement value of our vehicle that was involved in an accident. They low-balled the replacement value price which meant the insurance company wasn't going to pay the true market value. We took the matter into our own hands using correct data and extensive research, resulting in a much higher appraised value and settlement.

Attempted multiple phone calls over multiple weeks over a month and a half, no answers.
Attempted to walk in and have a conversation with someone. No one there to answer.
Attempted to email with someone, still no answer.
